Black Truffle Jerk BBQ Bison Burger
Who doesn’t love a good burger? Here’s our take on the ultimate burger recipe... and trust me, these burgers will be a family favorite in your home too!
Serves 6
Ingredients
1½ lbs ground bison meat
Cherrywood smoked bacon thick cut
60 day caved aged gruyere cheese
Baby watercress
Truffle butter
Brioche buns
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Cook bacon in an oven at 400 degrees until crispy
Form ground meat into 6oz patties. Heat a dry sauté pan and place patties in the pan. Cook patties 5 minutes on each side. Brush burgers with BBQ sauce add the cheese and place in the oven to reach the temperature wanted. (For best results cook burger to medium)
While burger is in the oven, spread truffle butter on the brioche buns and toast to a golden brown
Assemble the burger, add more sauce and enjoy!
