Shipping

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. All orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business days. If next day delivery was selected as shipping method, the item(s) will be shipped after the order has been processed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment method: UPS Ground, FedEx, USPS

Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days (once the order has been processed)

Shipment cost: determined by weight and carrier

Please be aware that our shipping time is currently subject to delays due to COVID19. The above estimations are what we are committed to offer our customers but please keep in mind exceptions may occur during this time.

Returns

For food safety reasons, all sales are final. 3Twenty Spice products are non-refundable unless the guest has experienced a verified quality concern or damage during shipment.

To file a claim:

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product at support@3twentyspice.com with a photo and description of the issue along with your order confirmation number. Do not throw away the bottle until the claim process is complete unless the bottle is broken. Claims will not be considered if the product shows significant sign usage.

The claim will be addressed within 2 business days of receipt of email filing. Once your claim is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.

If you are approved, then your refund, credit or replacement will be processed. Refunds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
