Deliciously Easy Deviled Eggs
A crowd-pleasing appetizer at our get-togethers, our deviled eggs get their kick from our Signature Pepper Sauce delivering a punch into each bite!
Serves 6
Ingredients
6 extra large cage free eggs
2oz (4 tbsp) of mayonnaise
Sea salt to taste
White pepper to taste
Preparation
In a sauce pan, place eggs and add water so there’s enough to cover all the eggs. Cover the pan and heat on high until the water begins to boil (about 5 minutes). Leave the eggs in the boiling water for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the eggs sit for 3 to 5 minutes.
Carefully peel and cut eggs in half lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl with mayonnaise and pepper sauce to taste. Mix well or until smooth and creamy. Season to taste.
Fill a pastry bag with egg mixture. Slowly fill the centers of the egg white. Place in a serving platter or set aside for later.
Garnish ideas: julienne radish, thinly sliced hot pepper, fresh chervil, parsley, scallions or caper berries, and or course, drizzle of our pepper sauce
